Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have been offered to another client. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed without the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session.
